• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  No, a deposit is required to hold home off the market.

• Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  Deposit, plus first month's rent .

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  Everyone over the age of 18 in the household must apply and qualify.

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Yes.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  Apply online via the application portal.

• How do I pay rent?

  No cash accepted. Payment can be dropped of in management office or paid via the resident portal .

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  Abuse and misuse will be charged back to the resident. All others will be taken care of by management and ownership. Service request must be made in writing.
