Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No you are not required to make available to Section 8. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, our entire staff is licensed and bonded. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We have an after hour emergency answering service. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
All owner distributions are made via ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
As an owner, you can view. Not sign. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are a full service real estate brokerage. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All owner distributions are paid out by the 15th of each month via ACH. -
How is rent collection handled?
No cash accepted. Payments can be made in office or through the online portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
12 months minimum. Unless the owner otherwise requests or approves. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Deposit based on application screening results. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Minimum 7 days needed to onboard new asset & client. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family, Multi-family & commercial properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
All rental and financial reports can be accessed by owner at anytime via online portal . -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
